Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. While Ashley hasn't talked much about her parents but she has been credited by her grandfather for the spark that ignited her desire of working out, because he was a well-known bodybuilder throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley was physically active from an early age. She started swimming lessons at four years old and continued to do so for another 10 years. Though she took part in many competitions however she was never committed enough to adhere to a healthy diet that would enable her body to perform at it's best. It was not uncommon for her to be popular in her school days, due to her beautiful look and beautiful body but there is no information whether she dated anybody during this period of her life. Once she graduated from high school, Ashley decided not to enroll in college, but instead focus on her career of being a fitness model. Ashley was 15 years old when she realized that she was not pleased with the way she was looking. She was encouraged by her grandfather to go to the fitness center. He encouraged her to go slowly and work on her body slowly. Ashley's win inspired her to enter this year's WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, which she felt was lost. The result encouraged Ashley take on more training. Following her fifth-place finish at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley was able to decide to quit competing. While she competed she was offered the chance to shoot photos for photoshoots. It was not a mix-up of her professional life and turned down the offer. However, now that she has quit competing Ashley decided to become an fitness model. After getting featured in the first page of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was able to immediately launch her career as a fitness and modelling model. Since then, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has appeared in many bikini and apparel companies and has been featured in the front cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine.
